AgoraX provides digital, technology and campaign-management services that may include websites, internal applications, data-processing tools, social media integrations and other digital solutions.

Certain applications may integrate with third-party platforms, including Meta/Facebook, to support authorized business activities such as campaign administration, moderation, reporting and verification of campaign or minigame participation.

2. Authorized Use

AgoraX services and applications may only be used for legitimate and authorized business purposes.

Users must not:

• access data or services without proper authorization;

• misuse, interfere with or attempt to compromise the security of the services;

• use the services for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes;

• collect or use information in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, platform policies or these Terms.

Certain internal applications may only be accessible to AgoraX personnel, authorized clients or service providers.

3. Social Media and Third-Party Platforms

Some AgoraX services may interact with third-party platforms such as Meta/Facebook through authorized APIs and permissions.

Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies and technical requirements.

AgoraX does not control the availability, functionality or policies of third-party platforms and may modify or discontinue integrations where required by the relevant platform.

4. Campaign and Minigame Administration

Where AgoraX provides technology or operational support for digital campaigns or minigames, information obtained through authorized platforms may be used to:

• collect and organize campaign entries;

• review comments, replies or other eligible interactions;

• verify compliance with published campaign rules;

• identify duplicate, fraudulent or invalid entries;

• support the determination and verification of eligible prize recipients; and

• prepare operational reports.

Eligibility for any campaign or prize remains subject to the specific terms and conditions published for that campaign.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal information through AgoraX services are governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, software, content, designs, documentation and other materials developed or provided by AgoraX are owned by or licensed to AgoraX and may not be copied, modified, distributed or used without appropriate authorization.

Third-party names, trademarks and platform materials remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Service Availability

AgoraX may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any service or functionality where reasonably necessary for operational, security, technical, contractual or regulatory reasons.

We do not guarantee that services or third-party integrations will always be available without interruption or error.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AgoraX will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including interruptions, changes or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

AgoraX may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technologies, legal requirements or business practices.
