AgoraX respects requests to delete personal information processed in connection with applications, websites, digital campaigns and services operated or managed by AgoraX, including information received through authorized third-party platforms such as Meta/Facebook.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of personal information processed by AgoraX, please send an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include, where available:

Your name and contact email.

The relevant campaign, minigame, Facebook Page, application or service.

A link to the relevant post/comment or other reference that can help us locate the data.

Any other information reasonably necessary to identify the records associated with your request.

Please do not provide passwords, access tokens or other sensitive login credentials.

2. What Happens After We Receive a Request

We may request additional information only where reasonably necessary to verify the request or locate the relevant data.

After a valid request is reviewed, AgoraX will delete or anonymize eligible information in accordance with applicable requirements and internal procedures.

Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal, contractual, audit, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.

Where appropriate, we will confirm completion of the request using the contact information provided.

3. Requests Relating to Meta/Facebook Data

For information obtained through authorized Meta/Facebook APIs, a deletion request may include data associated with comments, replies, interaction identifiers and related information processed by AgoraX for authorized campaign or minigame administration purposes.

Deleting data from AgoraX systems does not necessarily delete the original content from Facebook. Users who wish to remove content directly from Facebook should use the controls provided by Meta/Facebook.
